Your privacy is essential to us. At Dudu’s World, accessible from https://dudusworld.com/, we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.
Like most website operators, Dudu’s World collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Dudu’s World’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to understand better how Dudu’s World’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Dudu’s World may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Dudu’s World also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs. Dudu’s World only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Individual visitors to Dudu’s World’s website choose to interact with Dudu’s World in ways that require Dudu’s World to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Dudu’s World gathers depend on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who comment on our blog to provide Name, website(optional), and email address. Those who wish to receive Dudu’s World updates via email, we collect their emails. In each case, Dudu’s World collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Dudu’s World. Dudu’s World does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Dudu’s World may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Dudu’s World may monitor the most popular pages on the Dudu’s World or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. Dudu’s World may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Awesome Motive does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives. When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the site.
Links To Other Sites
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and monitor and guide their online activity.
Dudu’s World does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will make our best efforts to remove such information from our records promptly.
To keep our website services relevant, easy to use, and up-to-date, we use web analytics services to help us understand how people use the site.
- Google Analytics
Cookies allow web analytics services to recognize your browser or device and, for example, identify whether you have visited our website before, what you have previously viewed or clicked on, and how you found us. The information is anonymous and only used for statistical purposes, and it helps us to analyze patterns of user activity and to develop the more satisfying user experience.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this website or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal information we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
